This service is NOT a balayage or free hand lightening service. The pricing is the same for mini, partial, or full foils.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited salon days your non-refudable deposit is used to hold your appointment date/time. With a 24-hr notice, it is transferable ONE time to a new date/time in the event of cancelation. Rescheduled appointment must be made by Noelle. Please email with new date/time request and wait for booking confirmation.
